We started off inside, with bear crafts & activities. We made bear masks, collages & decorated some fairy cakes. Then we grabbed our bears and headed outside for the picnic. We had pom bears (teddy shaped crisps) & other treats, including the cakes we'd just decorated.
We had our faces painted, I chose a rocket, George had a butterfly.
Then it was time to act out the Going on a Bear Hunt story around the play area.
Finally, time for some bear stories. I think Big Bear is enjoying them.
