Meanwhile Daddy found this in the Hot Wheels section in Tescos - groaaaannnnnn, yet another addition to Charlotte's (ie, Daddy's) collection! Apparently it's a Mustang that you can turn into a police car or a monster truck - why??????????

One dirty Mustang!!!

So this was the state of the Mussie when Paul bought her home from Wheels Day in Aldershot. Parking is in a big muddy field and it had been raining LOOOOOOOOTTTSSSSS this weekend!!!

After 2 hours cleaning & polishing her, Paul declared that he wouldn't be taking the Mustang to Wheels Day next year if it rains again!!

Trip to Thatcham Lakes with the Bedfords

Ames came over with the boys today & we took a trip over to Thatcham Lakes to enjoy the nice weather. The kids had a play in the park, then we went for a walk around the lake for some exercise.

We stopped at the end for ice lollies. Harry polished his mini milk off within a few seconds, so Miss C took pity on him & shared (yes, that's Charlotte - sharing!!!) her ice lolly with him.

Jacob's Birthday Weekend

This weekend we headed on down to Somerset for Jacob's 4th birthday celebrations. Our kids are growing up so quickly.

We went down on Sunday, had a yummy lunch then relaxed in the garden making the most of the sunshine.

Monday was the big day of Jacob's birthday bash. 10am arrived and so did the bouncy castle! Charlotte & Jacob made the most of using it before all the children arrived. Nanna Spanner joined them when she arrived.

Alfie's first Mustang meet

The third Sat of the month = Mustang meet time!! Alfie had his first ride in the Mustang today & his first car meet. He slept through the whole thing, only waking to have some milk!!

Bathtime

Bathtime is fun at the moment, we bath Alfie first, then fill the bath up a bit more for Charlotte's bath. Haven't quite plucked up the courage to bath them together yet!!

Gorgeous gift all the way from Oz

We received a parcel today from Perth, Australia. Inside was a gorgeous baby bouquet of baby vests, socks, bibs & big muslins. Thanks to Angela, David & Daisy. The mussies & bibs are already in use & the packaging has already been used by Charlotte for some art projects!

Meeting Auntie Lin

Auntie Lin & Chris popped over for lunch today, it was great to see them both looking so well. Lin went with Mum to collect Miss Charlotte from preschool, then came back for lots of Alfie cuddles!
