Nelson's Diner - 2

Back to Nelson's Diner for a local Mustang car club meet. Another yummy lunch & chocolate malt shake!
Lottie trying to be patient waiting to go in for lunch...
After lunch, a few of us decided to go for a mini cruise round the area for an hour.

1st School Daytrip

Charlotte's 1st school trip. We all met at Newbury train station then took over a carriage with all the children, helpers, mums and pushchairs!!

Nanny Jen was already on the train, waiting to give me a much needed hand with 3 little ones to look after!

Oliver & Charlotte were very excited. All the children were given blank pretend train tickets to hold on to - v cute!

We got off at the 1st station, Kintbury. Then walked along the canal. We saw a canal boat in the lock, which we stopped to watch.

Then we took a walk through Kintbury to a fab play area where we had a much needed rest. The children all had lots of time to play & we had a picnic lunch there. Luckily the weather was nice & we didn't get rained on!

Me & my brood of little ones!

Waiting patiently for the train home, all tired now!

Charlotte thoroughly enjoyed her 1st school trip.

Fun in the Sun

Making the most of the decent weather while it lasted. Trying out our new big paddling pool....

Nelson's Diner - 1

The 1st of 2 trips to Nelson's Diner this month (any excuse as the malt shakes are delicious!).

We're Going on a Feather Hunt

Off to Thatcham Lakes again where the kids collected feathers to use in a collage at home.

The lakes were quite flooded again, the water was covering the path in places. I just about managed to crash through the undergrowth with the double buggy & 2 preschoolers in tow!

Back home, we decided to get the bubble machine out & have some fun in the garden while the sun was out.

Family Photo Shoot

We won a photo shoot at Lottie's preschool raffle recently & decided it was time for a Tucker Family Portrait!

Here are some of the best shots....

Miss Charlotte's New Pushchair

For those of you in the know, Lottie finally got her pushchair out of the box after completing the "task" we'd set her! She is now completely nappy-less & the nappy fairy collected all her left over pull ups.

Now every time she finds a stray one, she keeps saying "oh no mummy, the nappy fairy dorgot this one!".

Jacob's 3rd Bday

So down we went to lovely Somerset to celebrate Jacob's 3rd bday in style.

We had a lovely afternoon the day before the party, having lots of fun with Jacob & baby Maisie. Then on Sunday we had a fab time with Jacob's family & friends & a biiiiiiiig bouncy castle (more for the adults than the kids!!).

Miss Charlotte zonked out on the way there!

Jacob driving his fab electric truck. He's not so good at reversing though!

"The Kiss" (leaning in)

Look at the look of horror on Jacob's face!

Phew says Jacob, I'm glad that's over!

The gorgeous Miss Maisie Gatenby.

Waiting patiently for the bouncy castle to be blown up.

Miss Charlotte on the way home - zonked again!
